This website is operated by Quaystone Wealth & Mortgages, a trading style of XXXX Ltd, based in Weymouth, Dorset. The data controller is XXXX.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service you're asking about, and your message. If you email or call us, we hold the details you choose to share. We don't ask for more than we need to respond to you.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you've asked for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We won't add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we never sell personal information.
Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to hello@quaystone.co.uk and held in our email system. Access is limited to the Quaystone team, and messages are deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information where it's needed to provide our services: with Quilter Financial Services Limited as our network for compliance purposes, with lenders and providers when you ask us to make an application, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to any work are deleted within a reasonable period. Client records are kept for as long as regulation requires, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
